Arguments for mice::mice Function — mice_inits • miceadds

Defines initial arguments of imputation method and predictor matrix for mice::mice function.

mice_inits(dat, ignore=NULL)

Arguments

dat: Dataset
ignore: Vector of variables which should be ignored in imputation

Value

List with entries

method: Imputation method
predictorMatrix: Predictor matrix
